Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your BEC + BRIDGE purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all full-priced items that are in original condition with tags attached. Please note that sale items are eligible for store credit only, and final sale items cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely package your items in their original packaging, ensuring all garment tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Drop Off Your Parcel

  Affix the return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue your store credit within 5-7 business days.
